My Why

I’m a mother to a child with a chronic disease. Her condition has no cure, and it requires constant, 24/7 management. There is no break—ever.

As her caregiver, some days are good; others are hard. But every day is a fresh start. We keep moving forward, learning from each choice, adjusting to do a little better next time.

Over the last three years, I’ve learned just how much effort it takes to manage a chronic illness. It's work no one else will see or fully understand—work that calls for deep resilience every single day.

It requires flexibility, compassion, grit, and the courage to keep asking why, even when answers feel hard to come by. Because when you dig deep enough, you can find insights that help light the way.

As a functional nutritionist, I've come to understand that there are ways not just to survive with a chronic condition, but to truly thrive. There’s so much more within your control than you might think, and there’s hope—a real path toward the life you want to live.

This is My Why.  My reason for showing up 150% every day for each client that I have the extraordinary privilege of working with.

If you’re managing a chronic illness, know that I see you, I hear you, and I get it. You’re doing incredible work just by showing up each day.

You’ve got this.
